How does the credit system work?

Each stencil generation costs 1 credit. You can purchase credits as pay-as-you-go packs (10, 25, 50, or 100 credits) or get unlimited generations with a subscription plan. Re-creating a stencil with different settings does not cost additional credits — 1 credit = 1 stencil session.

A subscription gives you unlimited stencil generations for the duration of your plan (monthly or 180 days). Credits are pay-as-you-go — you buy a pack and use them whenever you want, with no expiration date.

My stencil generation failed. What should I do?

If a generation fails due to a technical error, your credits are not deducted. If credits were consumed but no result was delivered, contact support with the generation ID and we'll restore your credits.
