Valoonia provides AI-based software for the creation of tattoo stencils. The Service is primarily aimed at commercial users (B2B).
No guarantee is provided for the results or quality of generated stencils. Output depends on the uploaded input data.
Users are responsible for uploaded content and shall indemnify Valoonia against all third-party claims arising from their use of the Service.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation is possible at any time. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
PCLT Software Solutions GmbH is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Any further liability – in particular for slight negligence, indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions – is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
PCLT Software Solutions GmbH does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated content. Use is entirely at the user's own risk.
The user is solely responsible for uploaded content and its legal permissibility.
To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount the user has paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the damaging event.
Accounts may be suspended in cases of misuse or violations of these Terms of Service.
