How does the credit system work?

Each stencil generation costs 1 credit. You can purchase credits as pay-as-you-go packs (10, 25, 50, or 100 credits) or get unlimited generations with a subscription plan. Re-creating a stencil with different settings does not cost additional credits — 1 credit = 1 stencil session.

What is the difference between a subscription and credits?

A subscription gives you unlimited stencil generations for the duration of your plan (monthly or 180 days). Credits are pay-as-you-go — you buy a pack and use them whenever you want, with no expiration date.

What image formats are supported?

We support JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WebP, GIF, AVIF, SVG, HEIC, and HEIF formats.

Can I use the generated stencils commercially?

Yes. All stencils generated through Valoonia are licensed to you for both personal and commercial tattoo use.

What is the difference between Classic and Pro Edition?

Classic Edition produces clean stencil outlines. Pro Edition creates studio-ready stencils with a hand-drawn look, shading guidance, and enhanced detail control — ideal for realism, portraits, and complex references.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account Settings and click 'Manage subscription'. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time subscription purchases (up to 5 generations). Unused credit packs can also be refunded within 14 days.

Question 9

My stencil generation failed. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

If a generation fails due to a technical error, your credits are not deducted. If credits were consumed but no result was delivered, contact support with the generation ID and we'll restore your credits.

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We process images solely for stencil generation and do not share them with third parties. We comply with GDPR and use encrypted connections for all data transfers.
